By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, Shipping and Returns Policy, and Contact-Lens Safety information.

If you do not agree, you should not use the website or place an order. You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract. If you purchase a product for another person, you are responsible for ensuring that they receive the relevant instructions and safety information.

Placing an order is an offer to purchase the selected products. An automated order-confirmation email acknowledges that we received the order. It does not mean that the order has been accepted.

An order is accepted when we send a dispatch confirmation or otherwise expressly confirm acceptance. At that point, a contract is formed between you and La Cle Beauty LLC.

We may decline or cancel an order before acceptance where:

We take reasonable care to present product descriptions, colours and images accurately. Screen settings, lighting and natural eye colour may affect how a lens shade appears.

Results vary between individuals. Product imagery is illustrative and does not guarantee an identical appearance on every wearer. All products are subject to availability. We may change or discontinue products without notice.

All prices are displayed in AED unless otherwise stated.

Applicable taxes, delivery charges and any other charges payable to La Clé will be shown at checkout before the order is submitted.

International customers may also be charged customs duties, import taxes, foreign-exchange charges or bank fees. These amounts are the customer’s responsibility and are not controlled by La Clé.

Payment must be made using a payment method accepted at checkout. You confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method. If a price is clearly incorrect, we may cancel the affected order and provide a refund.

A pre-order is an order for a product that is not yet ready for immediate dispatch. Payment may be collected when the pre-order is placed. Any release or dispatch date shown is an estimate and may change due to manufacturing, regulatory approval, customs, freight or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If the estimated dispatch date changes materially, we will provide an update using the contact details supplied with the order.

Products ordered together with a pre-order item may be dispatched together when all products are available unless separate shipping is offered.

You may request cancellation of a pre-order before it is dispatched by contacting hello@lacle.beauty. If we cannot fulfil the pre-order, we will cancel it and refund the amount paid for the unavailable product.

To request cancellation, contact hello@lacle.beauty as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee cancellation after an order has entered processing or been dispatched. If the order has already been dispatched, the Shipping and Returns Policy will apply.

Nothing in this section limits any mandatory cancellation or withdrawal right available under applicable consumer law.

La Clé cosmetic contact lenses are intended to change the appearance of the eyes. Unless expressly stated otherwise, they are plano lenses and do not correct vision.

Contact lenses must be used responsibly and exactly as directed by the product labelling and instructions supplied with them. Before purchasing or wearing contact lenses, customers should consult a qualified eye-care professional to confirm suitability and proper fit. Prescription and professional-fitting requirements differ between countries.

Products must not be purchased, imported or used where doing so would breach local law. We may restrict sales or delivery to certain destinations. Never wear a lens that is damaged, expired, contaminated or supplied in an opened or damaged sterile package.

Stop wearing the lenses and seek professional advice immediately if you experience pain, persistent redness, discharge, unusual sensitivity, discomfort or any change in vision.

The La Clé name, branding, key design, product names, photographs, graphics, packaging, website content and other materials are owned by or licensed to La Cle Beauty LLC. They may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed or used commercially without prior written permission.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, La Clé is not responsible for:

These limitations do not affect mandatory consumer or product-liability rights.

These terms are governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and the laws applicable in the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah.

Subject to any mandatory consumer right to bring a claim elsewhere, the courts of Ras Al Khaimah will have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or an order.

Customers may also benefit from mandatory protections under the laws of the country in which they reside. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published when an order is accepted will apply to that order.
